eliiot first timer here and just looking for yet another tool to survive this depression brought on by hormonal imbalance on my way to menopause....eager to learn how to communicate well on this forum and looking for moral support more than anything else

Rozzy don't really want to live anymore, just finding day-to-day stuff stressfull. I feel on my own and scared. I'm eating a lot of chocolate. I'm not getting up each day - bad sign for me.

ben Feeling bloody superb. Am house sitting for some friends. They have mains electricity and the internet. Hope to talk crap and maybe help somebody with this thing we call "depression".
